This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted, along with the terms and conditions that apply to each service type.
1. General Terms
By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service purchased.
2. Social Media Management Services
2.1 Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- Social Media Management is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or as otherwise agreed.
- Plans automatically renew unless canceled with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
2.2 7-Day Free Trial
- Available upon request at the start of a subscription.
- During this trial, you will not be charged.
2.3 No Refunds After Trial Period
- Once the 7-day trial ends, no refunds will be issued, as the service involves time-based and platform-dependent work.
2.4 Credit for Missed Deliverables
- If we fail to deliver the minimum guaranteed posts for a given month (as per your plan), you will receive a service credit for the missed content, which can be applied toward future services.
3. Graphic Design Services
3.1 Hourly or Project-Based Work
- Payments for hourly or prepaid design packages are non-refundable once work has started.
- For project-based design work, a non-refundable advance payment is required to begin the project.
3.2 Unused Hours
- If you purchase an hourly design package and do not use all hours, you may roll them over if your plan is renewed within the stated validity period.
- No cash refunds are issued for unused hours.
4. Web Design & Development Services
4.1 Advance Payment
- A 50% non-refundable advance is required to begin all website projects. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery.
4.2 Cancellations
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply for completed work beyond the advance amount.
4.3 Post-Delivery
- Once a website has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
- Any changes after delivery will be subject to additional charges unless covered under the 1-year free maintenance policy.
5. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Delays caused by late client communication or missing content.
- Third-party platform outages, errors, or changes that affect deliverables.
- Dissatisfaction due to creative differences if work has been completed according to the agreed brief.
