All original content, designs, code, and materials created by CASADESOCIAL remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client receives a license or ownership as specified in the Service Agreement.

3.2 Usage Rights

Clients may use delivered work for agreed purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or modification without prior written consent from CASADESOCIAL is prohibited unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Service Availability

While we strive for timely delivery and continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or error-free performance.

4.2 Third-Party Services

Our services may include integrations with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, social media platforms). We are not liable for downtime, errors, or issues arising from third-party services.

4.3 Indemnification

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of their Service Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

8. Amendments

CASADESOCIAL may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
